The Guidance Office was founded to bring high-level academic and career strategy directly to families and organizations.
Ralph Aiello, M.Ed., Ed.S., is a Hall of Fame educator and nationally recognized leader in college and career readiness.
For more than 25 years, he has worked across education, workforce development, and postsecondary planning, building systems that connect students to real opportunities at scale. He previously led one of the largest school counseling and postsecondary advising programs in the nation, serving tens of thousands of students.
He serves on the Florida Chamber’s Future of Work Advisory and leads the Florida Work-Based Learning Network.
Through The Guidance Office, that same experience is applied directly, helping students align academics, experiences, and long-term opportunity while supporting organizations in building stronger connections between education and the workforce.
